"Theme feels outdated"
I bought one of their themes and, for some reason, it just feels a bit old and clunky once you actually start using it. A few sections looked nice in the demo, but didn’t really hold up on my site. I ended up spending way too much time fixing basic layout issues, so overall it didn’t feel worth the price to me

"I bought this theme thinking I’d..."
I bought this theme thinking I’d be able to tweak things easily, but every little change turned into a hassle. I got charged a decent amount for it, so I expected the settings to be way more flexible and straightforward. I’m not really concerned about updates or anything like that, my main issue is that customizing it feels like you either need to dig through code or pay someone else to do it. Frustrating experience overall.

"Not worth the hassle for me"
In the end, I decided it just wasn’t worth the stress. I kept running into docs that felt outdated or confusing, and every time there was an update, things seemed to change without clear notes. I ended up spending way too much time figuring out stuff that should’ve been basic

"The site was really laggy for me today..."
The site was really laggy for me today. I’ve used plenty of similar sites that load much faster, so this felt frustrating in comparison.

"Support was slow for me"
I had to wait longer than I expected to hear back from support, and for me that was the most frustrating part. The replies eventually came through, but they felt a bit too slow when I needed help.
